This is quite the eye-opener. It is alleged, for example, that our California governor Gruesome sent half a billion (with a B) to an electric car company in China to acquire masks. Then he sent an additional half billion dollars. The money was not authorized by the state assembly. No masks ever arrived. He denies answering questions.
