Pride and Humility in Scripture

“But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.” James 4:6

“Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches.” Jeremiah 9:23

“Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
