We start off Good News Friday with two positive Supreme Court rulings. On Thursday, July 1, the Supreme Court made two rulings that have The Left sweating, and it is not because it is summer! This first decision opens the door to other states passing Election Integrity Laws.
The Supreme Court of the United States Justices, in a 6-3 decision on Thursday, upheld two Republican-backed Arizona voting restrictions, rejecting claims that they discriminate against minority voters and imposing new limits on the landmark Voting Rights Act.
### In another case, the Supreme Court struck a blow to the Democrats on a free speech issue. Many governments have made nose and mouth covering or face masks compulsory for schoolchildren. The evidence base for this is weak.The question whether nose and mouth covering increases carbon dioxide in inhaled air is crucial. A large-scale survey in Germany of adverse effects in parents and children using data of 25, 930 children has shown that 68% of the participating children had problems when wearing nose and mouth coverings.The German safety limit is 0.2% CO2 in inhaled air; the United States OSHA safety limit is 0.5%. The lowest measured masked sample in the study was 0.6%. The youngest children in the study had the highest inhaled CO2 levels. This leads in turn to impairments attributable to hypercapnia. A recentreview concluded that there was ample evidence for adverse effects of wearing such masks. We suggest that decision-makers weigh the hard evidence produced by these experimental measurements accordingly, which suggest that children should not be forced to wear face masks.

This weekend’s celebration of our Nation’s independence reminds us at Defending the Republic why we keep fighting for all of you who “pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America–and to the REPUBLIC for which it stands–one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
Despite the death threats, the law suits, the efforts to take our law licenses, the frustrations, the disappointments, the lies and betrayals, the set backs, the de-platforming and more, we are optimistic, relentless, undeterred, and cheerful warriors in this current battle to save our nation from the evils of communism, fascism, and totalitarianism.
We are able to pull up our socks every day and charge into the breech because of the memory of men and women who did the exact same thing 245 years ago and in endless wars since to protect our liberty. Against all odds and better judgments, these imperfect humans formed the perfect union.
We derive our determination by recalling them and what they did for the world. We are resolute that their enormous sacrifices not be in vain. This country and the beacon of freedom it is for the world are worth fighting for.
We pray that our efforts are as divinely impactful on our children’s children’s children as our Founding Fathers were. In that vein,we strive to not erase their history, but to recognize it and improve on it. We strive to not forget their battles, but to honor them. We strive to learn from them–the good and the bad–and we must, even today.
On this Independence Day, July 4, 2021, we offer you a simply lovely speech by then President-Elect Abraham Lincoln.
It is important to read the words of those who came before us to instill in us the same measure of purpose.

On Abraham Lincoln’s inaugural journey to Washington, he stopped in Philadelphia at the site where the Declaration of Independence had been signed. He gave an unplanned speech in which he spoke from his heart.
One of the most famous statements in the speech was:
“I have never had a feeling politically that did not spring from the sentiments embodied in the Declaration of Independence.”
Oh, that all of our elected ones based their time in office on such an uncomplicated but important goal. Is there a more profound yet simple motivation for those we elect to lead us?
Fittingly, this hall also was the place where Lincoln’s body lay in state after his assassination in 1865, one of many stops his funeral train made before he was laid to rest in Springfield, Illinois.

I am filled with deep emotion at finding myself standing here, in this place, where were collected together the wisdom, the patriotism, the devotion to principle, from which sprang the institutions under which we live.
You have kindly suggested to me that in my hands is the task of restoring peace to the present distracted condition of the country. I can say in return, Sir, that all the political sentiments I entertain have been drawn, so far as I have been able to draw them, from the sentiments which originated and were given to the world from this hall.
I have never had a feeling politically that did not spring from the sentiments embodied in the Declaration of Independence.
I have often pondered over the dangers which were incurred by the men who assembled here, and framed and adopted that Declaration of Independence.
I have pondered over the toils that were endured by the officers and soldiers of the army who achieved that Independence.
I have often inquired of myself, what great principle or idea it was that kept this Confederacy so long together.
It was not the mere matter of the separation of the Colonies from the motherland; but that sentiment in the Declaration of Independence which gave liberty, not alone to the people of this country, but, I hope, to the world, for all future time.
It was that which gave promise that in due time the weight would be lifted from the shoulders of all men. This is a sentiment embodied in the Declaration of Independence.
Now, my friends, can this country be saved upon that basis? If it can, I will consider myself one of the happiest men in the world, if I can help to save it. If it cannot be saved upon that principle, it will be truly awful. But if this country cannot be saved without giving up that principle, I was about to say I would rather be assassinated on this spot than surrender it.
Now, in my view of the present aspect of affairs, there need be no bloodshed and war. There is no necessity for it. I am not in favor of such a course, and I may say, in advance, that there will be no bloodshed unless it be forced upon the Government, and then it will be compelled to act in self-defence.
My friends, this is wholly an unexpected speech, and I did not expect to be called upon to say a word when I came here. I supposed it was merely to do something toward raising the flag. I may, therefore, have said something indiscreet. (Cries of “No, no”)
I have said nothing but what I am willing to live by and, if it be the pleasure of Almighty God, die by.

We continue to be wary of the experimental, untested, unlicensed and unapproved Covid-CCP vaccine and for good reason.
We are sharing just a few of the stories with you because no one else will raise a warning on these vaccines or tell about the problems they are causing.
We are particularly concerned about the Biden Administrations push to meet their vaccination goals by now going door to door to unvaccinated people.
How do they know who is or is not vaccinated? What about our Fourth Amendment right and HIPPA laws?
President Joe Biden and other White House officials on Tuesday said the federal government will start targeted community door-to-door outreach in an effort to boost COVID-19 vaccination rates.
Because millions of Americans are unvaccinated and due to the so-called “Delta” COVID-19 variant that’s spreading, Biden said that his administration will attempt to ramp up vaccination efforts.
“Do it now,” said Biden during a White House press conference, referring to getting vaccinated.
The president said that people will be “knocking on doors” to get “help to the remaining people” who aren’t vaccinated. It’s part of a community outreach program, he said, that is being set up as mass vaccination sites are being phased out.

A 17-year-old student developed symptoms of a heart condition about one week after his first dose of Pfizer’s COVID vaccine and was subsequently diagnosed with a heart condition, his father said Tuesday on “Fox & Friends.”
The teen already had COVID and recovered, but was required to get the vaccine in order to play soccer.
The teen’s father, Fabio Berlingieri, said his son was vaccinated on June 15, and about a week later started complaining that “his heart was hurting every time he had a heartbeat.”

3- How College COVID Vaccine Mandates Put Students In Danger The excessively narrow medical exemptions for COVID vaccine mandates at many colleges put students at unnecessary risk of serious complications, including hospitalization and death. – The Federalist July 6 2021
More than 520 of America’s 5,300 colleges and universities, approximately 10 percent, have announced students must be fully vaccinated against COVID before they return for fall classes. Among these institutions are the public universities of California and New York, pending full U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval of the vaccines. Together, these two systems enroll approximately 1.5 million students.
We think that these mandates are unethical, chiefly because they indiscriminately require administering an experimental biological agent in the setting of a clinical investigation to a population that is at greater risk of harm from the drug than from COVID. Our advice to schools that have not yet adopted vaccine mandates is: don’t.
