Good News Friday: Oct 29

Dear Patriots,It is spooky how much good news you can find when you look!  1- The fight for fraud free elections is being waged in many states.

(Just The News)

County sheriff in Wisconsin reveals evidence of felony election law violationsQUOTE: The sheriff of Racine County in Wisconsin, Christopher Schmaling, presented evidence Thursday of felony election law violations in the county during the 2020 election.

“Election statute was in fact not just broken, but shattered by members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission,” said the Racine County sheriff, referring to evidence that absentee votes were cast on behalf of cognitively impaired nursing home residents.

Toward the end of the presentation, Schmaling called on the Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul to launch an immediate investigation into the incident.

2- Real life example of how to live with Covid-CCP, which most of the country totally ignores. Florida has the lowest Covid-CCP rates in the nation and in Florida, they have done the opposite of California.

(Daily Mail Online) How did Florida end up with one of the best COVID-19 case and death rates in the US?

QUOTE: The declines are despite Governor Ron DeSantis insisting the state would not shut down and refusing to implement mask or vaccine mandates and instead focusing efforts on early treatment

The state is doing just as well as California, despite the West Coast State taking a very strict approach including implementing mask mandates, limiting gatherings and closings bars and indoor dining at restaurants.
Experts say Covid waves usually occur in a two-month cycle – with infections rising for two months before declining – and instead of trying to prevent the cycle from occurring, DeSantis just let it ride out.3- Fauci was wrong, yet again. More real life data!

(The Spectator World)

College football is confounding COVID anxiety

QUOTE: ...yet the college football season is well under way and producing “real-world data” to help determine whether it’s finally time to obsess less about virions and more about, say, Big 10 rankings.

“I think it’s really unfortunate,” Dr Fauci has remarked, taking his cue from a CNBC host who noted crowded stadiums and fed him this prompt: “I thought COVID is about to have a feast. What do you think?”

It must be said this novel type of clinical trial isn’t randomized, double-blind and placebo-controlled. It’s not controlled in the least. What it is, though, is huge.

Let’s look at one: Penn State vs Auburn, played in the “Happy Valley” of Pennsylvania which is home to the Nittany Lions. Home fans arrived in uniform with white shirts, white sweaters, white body-paint — a “White Out” across a stadium not exactly built for social distancing (capacity: 106,572). I have nephews — young and trim alums — who must contort themselves while fitting into spaces tighter than the cheap seats on a puddle-jumper airline.

Data? According to the university, seven-day-average infectivity rates among students have fallen consistently from 1 percent on the day of the Auburn game to 0.2 percent currently. Students in quarantine, either because they show COVID symptoms or fall within a contact-tracing chain, have dropped from 34 to 4, this in a home-campus population of 46,000. These trends hold for the entire season to date. (The Auburn game was played on September 18; there have been home games before and since then.)

4- Whenever you start to think that you are the only person who thinks The Swamp is full of incompetent people, pull up a poll. You are not alone.(Just the News)

Polls: Biden and Congress hit new lows among voters
QUOTE:New polling shows that both President Joe Biden and the 117th Congress have hit new lows in approval this year. The polling comes at a crucial point when Democrats are trying to wrangle their own party members to align behind two major spending bills.
FiveThirtyEight, a polling analysis group, reported that Biden’s approval rating hit a new low this week at just over 43%, according to an averaging of several recent polls. His disapproval is about 51%, which is also the worst since he took office. Biden’s approval numbers are better than former President Donald Trump’s at the same point in his term but well below former President Barack Obama’s approval rating at this point in his presidency.

A Gallup poll released Tuesday found that Congress’ approval also hit a new low for 2021. The poll found approval of Congress has fallen to a dismal 21% in October. The driving reason for that decrease has been a sharp decline among Democrats, whose approval of Congress has fallen from from 55% to 33%.
5- Keep the pressure on your school boards.

(The Blaze)

Missouri and Ohio school board associations leave National School Board Association over ‘domestic terrorists’ letter

The school board associations in Missouri and Ohio on Tuesday separately announced they are ending their membership with the National School Boards Association over a letter the NSBA sent to President Joe Biden last month requesting federal law enforcement to intervene at local school board meetings.

6- Governor DeSantis in Florida is not the only Governor standing up to protect citizens from the Biden Administration mandates.

(KFVS-TV) Missouri Gov. Parson issues executive order to try to block federal vaccine requirements

QUOTE: Missouri Governor Mike Parson is the latest Republican governor to issue an executive order to try and block federal vaccine requirements issued by President Joe Biden. In a statement released by the governor’s office, Parson called the vaccine mandates unconstitutional and said:

“The Biden Administration’s vaccine mandates undermine and deny Missourians’ their right to make personal health decisions and to speak through their elected representatives.”

Parson’s executive order blocks state government agencies with the executive branch from issuing vaccine mandates.
It also bars the state government from penalizing people or businesses who don’t comply with the federal vaccine requirements.

7- When you are in a pitched battle, you never know who might step up and become a hero.(The North State Journal)Will Dave Chappelle and Enes Kanter be on a second Mount Rushmore?

QUOTE: Future historians may look back 200 years from now and target October 2021 as the time when comedian Dave Chappelle and pro basketball player Enes Kanter saved American free speech, freedom of thought and freedom of expression from extinction.

After years of political correctness, cancel culture and downright suppression of conservative free speech, Chappelle, a well-known comedian with a history of controversy; and Kanter, a Turkish-born Boston Celtics basketball player who has taken on the presidents of Turkey and China and now Nike, slammed massive flaming spears in the ground for free speech when almost every academic, business and political leader couldn’t, wouldn’t, hasn’t or didn’t.

Chappelle’s special, which even the president of Netflix Ted Sarandos tried to walk back from by saying he probably made mistakes in how he handled the controversy, was designed to end a running battle Chapelle has had with the transgender community for years.

QUOTE: The perfect irony in these days of “identity politics” based solely on a person’s skin color or gender would be if a black comedian and a Turkish-born basketball-playing immigrant became known as the two leaders in 2021 who rescued America from losing its freedom, independence and its telos — its essence and purpose.

At least they wouldn’t be “two old white guys who owned slaves in the 18th century” telling us what to do. They are two Americans doing what Americans have always done — telling the truth as they see it and speaking truth to power.

8- You will not see this anywhere else. It will be totally ignored.(Video here)12,000 Municipal workers including FDNY, NYPD, SDNY and EMS marched across the Brooklyn Bridge today to protest the vaccine mandates9- Parents ARE winning!! (The Federalist)The School Board ‘Domestic Terrorism’ Dumpster Fire Proves Parents Are Winning GroundQUOTE:After Attorney General Merrick Garland’s disastrous performances in congressional hearings Wednesday and last Thursday — bookending a fake apology from the National Association of School Boards over their collusion to target parents — it’s gleefully obvious that the educrats are in deep trouble. In Wednesday’s hearing, Garland embarrassed himself by indicating he would keep targeting parents even after the NSBA walked back their letter, feigning ignorance of memorandums circulated by U.S. attorneys he supposedly oversees, and refusing to meaningfully answer questions about his own ethics complications. Multiple senators called for his resignation to his face.10- Patriots in Virginia! Pay no attention to the polling!  Vote in person on Tuesday.

Youngkin pulls ahead of McAuliffe among Virginia likely voters

QUOTE: Republican Glenn Youngkin has moved ahead of Democrat Terry McAuliffe in the Virginia governor’s race, less than a week before the election.

McAuliffe receives 45 percent to Youngkin’s 53 percent in a new Fox News survey of Virginia likely voters.  Youngkin’s eight-point advantage is outside the poll’s margin of sampling error.

These injustices must end

Dear Patriots,

This article is a first hand description of the abuses, brutality and inhuman treatment American citizens are experiencing at the hands of the Justice Department and DC jail.  Many of the January 6 detainees merely walked into the Capitol.

Defending the Republic is working to help expose these atrocities and free these political prisoners.

Please take the time to read this. Share it wherever you can. And please pray that these political prisoners will soon be freed from this nightmare.

This is the entire article with the full letter from prisoner Nathaniel DeGrave.

GUT WRENCHING PLEA FOR HELP!

January 6th Detainee’s TELL ALL Letter to the American Public from DC GITMO — Please Help This Abused Man

Gateway Pundit has been closely monitoring of the conditions inside DC Jail and were the first to actively report on the situation.

Nathaniel DeGrave, a non violent prisoner who walked into the open doors of the Capitol to document the event for a podcast, composed a letter to the American public pleading for help.

DeGrave has not been convicted of any crime, yet is being held in pretrial detention with no bail at DC Jail with no court trail date in sight

“I understand that I write this letter at my own risk,” said DeGrave. “We are harshly disciplined for speaking out against the facility,”

See DeGrave’s full letter here:

Dear Fellow Americans –

I never thought I’d write a letter like this, but we’re living in very different times. This is my cry for help.

My name is Nathan DeGrave, and as a non violent participant at the Jan 6th rally, I’ve spent the last 9 months detained as a political prisoner in pod C2B at the DC DOC…otherwise known as DC’s Gitmo.

The conditions here for Jan 6ers have been inhumane. In fact, some inmates are even begging to be transferred to GUANTANAMO BAY, where even THEY have more acceptable standards.

Class action LAWSUITS are being filed against this prison; and even the ACLU has gotten involved. Senators Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene have since attempted to gain access to this facility and inspect the conditions of the jail, only to be denied.

The vile filth of what has become our daily life is being illegally HIDDEN from the members of OUR OWN CONGRESS.

So…let me tell you about what me and many of the other Jan 6ers have been experiencing in DC’s Gitmo. It is my hope that with MEDIA EXPOSURE and the awareness of the American public, that SOMETHING may be done and this never happens to anyone ever again.

OUR CONDITIONS

For the first 120 days in DC’s Gitmo, Jan 6ers experienced DAILY LOCKDOWNS for 23-24 HOURS before being allowed to leave our small 120 sq. ft cell. The PHYSICAL and MENTAL ANGUISH that results from this kind of SEVERE ISOLATION has caused many people to go on a RAPID mental decline.

As a result, a large percentage of us are HEAVILY MEDICATED with anti-anxiety and anti-depressant drugs, which helps to cope with the psychological and mental ABUSE we endure.

Many times, the little rec we DO receive is STRIPPED AWAY if our cell isn’t up to the standards of the guard on duty. This changes from day to day. Jan 6ers have lost rec time and out of cell activity ANY TIME news interviews about the jail are aired on TV, people speak up about our conditions, or rallies are held in our name. We’ll probably have a lockdown upon the publishing of this letter. So I have already warned those I know in advance..

Masks are WEAPONIZED and used against us, even though we NEVER leave the facility. Officers have walked in with the SOLE INTENTION of needing to write 20-30 disciplinary reports against Jan 6ers, which adversely effects our chances of release and causes loss of privileges, phone time and commissary. Masks need to be covering both the nose and mouth AT ALL TIMES or we are threatened and locked down in our cells. Jan 6ers are always respectful to the employees around us, but C.Os maintain the need to invent reasons for discipline.

PRIVILEGED LEGAL DOCUMENTS have been CONFISCATED and gone missing from various cells, and HIGHLY SENSITIVE discovery (video evidence under attorney/client privilege) is watched by employees during our legal calls.

Jordan Mink, for example, had all discovery TAKEN by ERT officers on August 23rd despite the objection of his attorney. They handcuffed him, searched his room, and then proceeded to take all video evidence in his possession. Additionally, legal visits take 2-3 WEEKS or more to be scheduled, leaving little time to discuss our defense and prepare for trial.

The EXTREME medical neglect in this facility has caused a variety of adverse illnesses and disease. Some show signs of scurvy. And some even have Covid like symptoms, but medical personnel have refused to treat it.

Christopher Worrell, for example, is an inmate with Cancer, who also broke his hand in prison and requires surgery. Both have been completely ignored. Federal judge Royce Lamberth got to the point where on October 12th, he filed contempt of court charges against the warden of the DC DOC, claiming that Worrell’s civil rights have been violated, and demanding the U.S attorney general inquire further about his and other possible violations.

Another inmate, Peter Stager, WAITED FOUR MONTHS to receive his CPAP breathing machine, and has needed an MRI since spring, which has also been ignored by staff.

The harsh, unlivable conditions of our unit has caused health hazards that defy Department of Health regulations. And on at least five occasions, RAW SEWAGE has overflowed our unit, causing human fecal matter to flood the floors and rooms. That’s also in addition to the MOLD on cell walls, as well as the rusty pipes, and DIRTY WATER that flows from these sinks. White rags TURN BROWN when exposed to the water from our faucets.

We are undergoing SEVERE NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES and STARVATION. For breakfast this morning, I received a tray of flavorless paste, two slices of bread, and a slice of bologna. Lunches usually consist of rice and beans, but we’ll get cold chicken/beef patties if we are lucky. For dinner, we are sometimes fed a diet of cheese sandwiches, and bologna and cheese 4 to 5 times per week.

Without commissary, people like myself are FORCED TO STARVE. I suffer from HEADACHES and NAUSEA on an almost REGULAR BASIS from the malnutrition and constant hunger I am subjected to. I have lost ALMOST 15 POUNDS since I’ve been detained.

Our rights to personal hygiene are also totally neglected. Razors are PROHIBITED, and inmates are forced to either go unshaved, and grow long beards, or use a razor free cream that BURNS and IRRITATES the skin. But many other jails have allowed the use of razors without incident. Haircuts are also PROHIBITED from unvaccinated inmates. For me, it’s been nearly 9 months.

I look VIRTUALLY UNRECOGNIZABLE in the condition I’m in. I fear even my family would not recognize me.

Contact with the outside world, from legal visits to seeing loved ones is HIGHLY RESTRICTED. After in-person visits, legal or otherwise, we are forced to undergo humiliating STRIP SEARCHES, despite ALL visitors being thoroughly checked for contraband. If it’s a legal visit, we are placed in a 14 day quarantine, with no out of cell time; EVEN IF your attorney is VACCINATED and tests NEGATIVE for Covid. Visits with friends or family members, for unvaccinated inmates, are NEVER ALLOWED.

As a result, many people have skipped critical meetings with their council, and NEVER get an opportunity to see friends or family. VIDEO VISITATION, while available to the rest of the jail, is RESTRICTED in the Jan 6 pod. Mail is delayed for MONTHS, and phone calls are limited to a MAXIMUM of pre approved 12 numbers. If there’s anyone else in our extended family or otherwise we’d like to call, we’re pretty much out of luck.

RELIGIOUS SERVICES, protected by the 1st amendment, are NOT provided to Jan 6ers. Neither are in person classes or other activities available to the rest of the jail.

An inmate named Ryan Samsel, instead attempted to organize his own bible study inside the pod, until he was viciously BEATEN and LEFT FOR DEAD by correctional officers. He suffered a broken eye socket and brain damage as a result of the vicious attack. He’s now permanently blind in one eye.

On another occasion, Scott Fairlamb was confronted by an officer in the middle of the night, and his life was threatened, once the officer’s body cam was disabled. Many, like myself, are afraid they could be the next victim.

And last but not least, we experience racism from many guards on a daily basis, being the ONLY WHITE REPUBLICANS in the entire jail. The false narrative is has been passed around the jail and to corrections officers that we are “white supremacists” (we are NOT).

The inmate population is predominantly black, so we are at risk being here because of this false narrative. The guards are mostly liberal migrants from Africa who have been conditioned to hate us, and hate America. Jan 6ers have been mocked, beaten and ridiculed by guards for singing the National Anthem.

The Corrections Officers despise our politics and the love we have for this country. At one point, an officer even yelled “FUCK AMERICA!”, and threatened to lock us down FOR A WEEK if we attempted to sing the National Anthem again.

THE TRUTH ABOUT MY STORY

Finally, I feel like I should touch briefly on the government and prosecutor’s portrayal of who I am as a person.

No, I am not a terrorist, extremist or any of the other names I’ve been called by the government. More than anything, I am a red blooded patriot and I love this country more than anything.

I am being unfairly prosecuted and definitely overcharged. I never assaulted anyone, destroyed property, or stolen anything. I walked through wide open doors to enter the Capitol, along with my camera crew hoping to get the rally on video. I was never even armed at any point inside the Capitol.

Our goal was to make a documentary, and get likes and shares on social media. Yes I wore a costume (that the prosecutor refers to as paramilitary gear and body armor) but it was for the movie and was nothing of the sort.

And yet, 9 months later here I sit, with 10 years worth of charges and no hope for a future. The surveillance footage shows absolutely no signs of assault, and despite attempts by media companies to get it released to the public, the government has denied it.

I think that’s because they are fully aware that this footage is questionable at worst, and exonerates me at best. Please don’t be fooled by the media. I am a loving and peaceful person with no history of violence.

This weaponized DOJ and their blatant resentment of my respect for President Donald Trump is putting me in a situation that makes me feel helpless in my current situation.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

Despite me and other Jan 6ers experiencing these unthinkable conditions, all of us remain POSITIVE and HOPEFUL that, in the end, JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL. We maintain a LOVE for this country and the Constitution like no other. The only thing keeping us going is our undying patriotism, the camaraderie between one another and our faith in God.

Please…SHARE THIS LETTER with EVERYONE you know: friends and family, senators, representatives, political organizers, civil rights groups and media outlets.

The truth HAS to get out. And the jail MUST PAY for what they are doing to this country’s citizens.

As a result of this unlawful detainment the last 9 months, I have lost everything. The successful business I spent 13 years of my life working on, my apartment in Las Vegas, social media accounts with a lifetime of memories…you name it.

The government has essentially CANCELLED ME. Not only that, but following the arrest, my best friend of 12 years robbed my apartment, stole my cat, and hacked my personal Instagram with 100,000+ followers.

Since then, I often go between feelings of hopefulness and moments of depression. I wonder if I can ever recover from this, but I have to remind myself to never give up.

There are major medical complications I now struggle with as a result of the jail’s neglect of my health since being here.

If there is any way I hope to recover, my only hope are the ones who are reading this. I was on top of the world once upon a time, and that life seems now only like a distant memory.

If there’s anything you can do to help, I would appreciate anything at all. Inmates here are being extorted with lack of nutrition, forcing me to spend most of what’s left on commissary which I can no longer afford.

I need desperate help with my legal expenses and just help staying alive in here with commissary and all the expenses I still have on the outside as my livelihood and life has been stripped away from me. Thank you for any her you can afford, even if it is a few dollars it goes a long way in here.

Sincerely and with love,

Nathaniel DeGrave

.

After careful review of DeGrave’s Indictment, Statement of Facts and other court documents, defense attorneys familiar with the case say that the Department of Justice has not yet shown credible proof to substantiate any violence whatsoever on the part of DeGrave.

Yet the Indictment shows a drawn out list of charges (12 Counts total) from “Conspiracy” to “Aiding and Abetting” to “Assaulting, Resisting or Impeding Certain Officers”. This Indictment does not include a single incriminating photo, testimony of an officer victim, or witness of any “assault”.

According to sources, no discovery video has been released to the defendant after over ten months as a prisoner showing any other action besides DeGraves simply standing inside the Capitol. There is no proof of any of the other charges.

“That is because none of them happened,” said DeGrave. “I walked in The Capitol to videotape and that was it. They will never be able to prove anything other than that because that is the God’s honest truth.

They won’t release the videos to me or the public because the videos will only exonerate me and many others. In the meantime I sit in here, almost a year of my life stolen away from me.

Sometimes I am afraid I will ever get out and and a big chunk of my life will pass me by. I have lost everything, except I am closer to God now.”

According to criminal defense attorneys, the Department of Justice has overcharged many of the January 6th defendants, and as a result have attempted to justify holding them indefinitely in prison.

“In a case where things are politically charged like this one, prosecutors inflate and manufacture the number of charges by playing games with the facts,” said John Burns of Burns Law Firm in St. Louis, Missouri. “The prosecutors are “stacking charges” and the only limitation they have is what they can get away with the judges. In cases like these the judges almost view themselves as extensions of the prosecution. The whole fallacy of Federal Justices as upholders of justice is a fantasy. It is totally corrupt. At the end of the day they are full of sh*t.”

According to defense attorneys, the charge of “Assaulting, Resisting or Impeding Certain Officers” is misleading.

“Assaulting and Impeding a police officer are two very different things,” said Burns. “Yet they are clumped together because the prosecutor’s goal is to make these people look like monsters and lead the public to believe these guys are domestic terrorists to accomplish the political goal of demonizing Trump supporters. “Impeding an officer” could theoretically mean standing in the way temporarily of an officer. Furthermore, a single person could engage in an act of non-violent protest simply in the vicinity of six cops and will be charged six times for ‘impeding’ each of them”.

In the case of DeGrave, it may be unlikely that he sees the outside of DC Jail anytime soon.

Defense attorney working with January 6th defendants have cited major violations of the Sixth Amendment, which guarantees a a speedy trial for all American Citizens. In the cases of many January 6th defendants there are clear violations of the “speedy trail rule”.

The Speedy Trial Act establishes maximum time periods for different stages of a federal criminal prosecution. The time period between an arrest and indictment cannot exceed 30 days and the time period between arraignment and trial cannot exceed 70 days. Many of the detained defendants do not have a trail date in sight until late 2022 or 2023. In the meantime they must remain in prison.

According to DeGrave, the experience has been incredibly difficult but has made him mentally stronger.

“I came in here with claustrophobic tendencies. After being locked away in solitary confinement you will see you a side of yourself you never knew existed, one that can handle anything. I overcame so much. For that I am grateful.”

De Graves is currently crowdsourcing for his legal expenses, which he says have crippled him.

“I don’t have anyone on the outside besides my grandparents,” said DeGraves. “My grandmother loves me but there is nothing she can do to help me defend myself against this persecution. The only way is me reaching out to the public for help and support. When I get out I want to help other people who are suffering from political persecution.”

Were you afraid to go to bed last night?

Dear Patriots,Were you afraid to go to bed last night? Afraid that, when you woke up, mysterious ballots had appeared at 3am to give the elections to the Democrats? High turnout overcame the cheat. And believe it, there was cheating. We will let the dust settle and have much more about Election 2021 in Good News Friday! Because, there is a lot of good news. Americans are fighting back against all the left has shoved into our lives. In the meantime, here is related information we think you need to know about.

.

There are two well researched books available now that give you deep knowledge of two subjects that we have been concentrating on for a year: election fraud and Covid-CCP fraud.

When we have correct, factual information we have more power over the evil lies of fake media. There has never been more false information — or more blatant disregard for facts — than everything surrounding the 2020 election and the virus.

We are drowning in deceptions.

These books are important for many reasons but most important, they put the truth in writing which keeps the left from rewriting the history. They correct the false national perceptions with the undisputed truth.

1- Mollie Hemingway has done an astounding investigation into election fraud. It may have first come to your attention that fraud infected the 2020 election. As Mollie discovers, there has been fraud in USA elections for the past four decades.

Read this entire article. You will be shocked. It gets to the main points of the Mollie Hemingway book.

(The Federalist)

7 Insane Things I Just Learned About How U.S. Elections Are ‘Rigged’

QUOTE: My colleague, Mollie Hemingway, just put out a new, bestselling book that also documents things like big tech hiding election-shifting news from voters and Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg embedding Democrat get-out-the-vote operations inside local election offices — which are supposed to be nonpartisan! What’s more, all these cheats affixed into our nation’s election machinery haven’t been scrubbed away, not by a long shot.

While I work with Mollie and am highly aware of media corruption since it’s our bread and butter here at The Federalist, she still had many surprises for me inside “Rigged: How the Media, Big Tech, and the Democrats Seized Our Elections.” Here I’ll share a few things she reports in the book that made me gasp out loud.

2- Here is another review of the Hemingway book. You can purchase the Hemingway book here.

(American Greatness)

How the 2020 Election Was Rigged

A review of “Rigged: How the Media, Big Tech, and the Democrats Seized Our Elections,” by Mollie Hemingway

QUOTE: We are a year overdue for the true story of the 2020 elections. Mollie Hemingway has at last delivered it to us in one tidy volume.

It’s a complex story, which makes for a weighty book. The research is thorough, the writing is evidentiary, the style is clinical—like investigative journalism and social science used to be. The endnotes alone run nearly 100 pages.

Reading Rigged, one isn’t jarred by hyperbole, conjecture, or spin. Hemingway is unequivocal on progressive malice, yet she can be scathing of Republicans, too. She is particularly critical of Rudy Giuliani’s attempts to publicize fraud nationally, thereby undermining prior case-by-case efforts to get particular state courts to recognize particular violations of particular state laws.

She also calls out Republican officials who preferred to help the opposition rather than reveal their own state’s dysfunctions. Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office, for instance, secretly recorded a telephone appeal from Trump to expose fraud in Fulton County, then misrepresented Trump to the press as asking for the statewide result to be changed.

Overall, the story reads like a tragedy. One alternates between anger and consternation that bleeding obvious facts were not reported by the mainstream media at the time.

3- Another book you may want to peruse is this first hand account, from inside the Oval Office, of the year the world got Covid-CCP.

Peter Navarro took notes. Those notes and his daily diary are now available to you.

His book can be purchased here.

(NYPOST)

Trump aide Peter Navarro exposes the dangerous Dr. Fauci

Dr. Anthony Fauci is in for a shellacking Tuesday when a bombshell new book by former Trump economic adviser Peter Navarro lands.

“In Trump Time, A Journal of America’s Plague Year” is a rollicking personal diary studded with insider confidences, and it sets its sights squarely on the chief medical adviser to the president.

Navarro writes that Fauci did “more damage to this nation, President Trump and the world than anyone else this side of the Bat Lady of Wuhan.”

He holds Fauci accountable for “everything from the Wuhan lab gain-of-function catastrophe and suppression of low-cost therapeutics such as hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin to the political, partisan and deadly delay in delivering the Trump vaccines to the American people.”

4- Two medical scholars are calling out Fauci for medical malpractice due to the inept way he has responded to Covid-CCP. They go through ever single mandate and protocol we have been forced to abide, and point out how wrong it all is.

Martin Kulldorff, Ph.D., is an epidemiologist, biostatistician, and Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.

Jay Bhattacharya, MD, Ph.D., is a Professor of Health Policy at Stanford University School of Medicine.

Both are Senior Scholars at the newly formed Brownstone Institute.

(Newsweek)

How Fauci Fooled America

QUOTE: In private conversations, most of our scientific colleagues agree with us on these points. While a few have spoken up, why are not more doing so? Well, some tried but failed. Others kept silent when they saw colleagues slandered and smeared in the media or censored by Big Tech.

Some are government employees who are barred from contradicting official policy. Many are afraid of losing positions or research grants, aware that Dr. Fauci sits on top of the largest pile of infectious disease research money in the world. Most scientists are not experts on infectious disease outbreaks. Were we, say, oncologists, physicists or botanists, we would probably also have trusted Dr. Fauci.

The evidence is in. Governors, journalists, scientists, university presidents, hospital administrators and business leaders can continue to follow Dr. Anthony Fauci or open their eyes. After 700,000-plus COVID deaths and the devastating effects of lockdowns, it is time to return to basic principles of public health.

5- REAL journalism is not dead. But, it has changed. Bobby Burack at Outkick explains the changes that are happening, including the growth of Substack, which we have pointed you to many times.

(OutKick)

Legacy Media Won’t Die Quietly

QUOTE: Substack, which does not compel writers to participate in this strange racial Olympics, now has more than 500,000 paying subscribers across all of its newsletters. At Substack, subscribers pay for individual writers that offer individual ideas and arguments, not a new version of the same script.

Matthew Yglesias has amassed 12,000 subscribers on Substack and he keeps around 90% of the revenue. Greenwald has said his newsletter generates more than $1.5 million annually. So journalism isn’t dead. The careers of elitist journalists who have condescending attitudes are dying though. Quickly.

Legacy media’s disconnect from the public stretches beyond race. Democrat Terry McAuliffe may lose the Virginia gubernatorial election this year because parents are stunned by the radicalization of the Virginia public school system, a system that the media has told us voters accept.

Now you know why the media, of all industries, aggressively supports boycotts and suppression. It’s their last, best hope. Unless NPR can help de-platform its challengers — who are clearly winning — it won’t be relevant again. Legacy media is a dying breed, holding onto its last gasp of prominence: calling people racist.

The media industry is self-satisfying. Nearly every member pursued a media career path to feel better about himself or herself and to garner symbols of importance — Ivy League degrees, awards, access, social followings, status, and public reaction. For such a group, nothing’s worse than this current state of insignificance for which they are responsible.

6- This is a curious story from National Public Radio.  One of the reasons we all initially compiled with the lockdowns for Covid-CCP was to help hospitals from being overburdened. It seems that now they are suddenly becoming swamped with ill people who do not necessarily have Covid-CCP. What could be causing this?

(Michigan Radio, NPR and KHN)

ERs Are Swamped With Seriously Ill Patients, Although Many Don’t Have Covid

QUOTE:  Even in parts of the country where covid isn’t overwhelming the health system, patients are showing up to the ER sicker than before the pandemic, their diseases more advanced and in need of more complicated care.

Months of treatment delays have exacerbated chronic conditions and worsened symptoms. Doctors and nurses say the severity of illness ranges widely and includes abdominal pain, respiratory problems, blood clots, heart conditions and suicide attempts, among other conditions.

But they can hardly be accommodated. Emergency departments, ideally, are meant to be brief ports in a storm, with patients staying just long enough to be sent home with instructions to follow up with primary care physicians, or sufficiently stabilized to be transferred “upstairs” to inpatient or intensive care units.

Except now those long-term care floors are full too, with a mix of covid and non-covid patients. People coming to the ER get warehoused for hours, even days, forcing ER staffers to perform long-term care roles they weren’t trained to do.

Good News Friday:  Nov 5

Dear Patriots,

For many months, we have implored you to be strong, get healthy, gather and share information, be involved, pray and hold fast.

You have done so. And because you kept fighting and turned out to vote, we were able to watch an historic evening on November 3, 2021. It was made sweeter by the devastation we all felt a year ago.

Going forward things are going to look different. There is a new political coalition. Party lines are no longer important.

Parents and grandparents in Virginia educated themselves on the horrifying curriculum both private and public schools were pouring into their dear children, and they went to the school board meetings.

They argued, yelled, cried, and begged these so-called “public servants” to listen to them. Most of the pleas were ignored. For their efforts on behalf of their children, the parents were vilified, arrested, silenced, and harassed.

They did not stop. They never backed down. They organized and educated.

None of this was easy. But the results were worth it all.

Virginia, whose motto is, Sic Semper Tyrannis (Thus Always to Tyrants), did not suffer the tyrants who were harming the children.  They did not riot and burn down cities. They used the power of voting to correct the wrong.

We are proud of Virginians today and share with you a truly Good News Friday!

###

1- If you have not seen the video of the victory speech by the impressive Winsome Sears, take a few minutes to watch it in full. The Lt. Governor-Elect of Virginia is a fascinating person and breath of fresh air in politics.

(Conservative Opinion)

Republican Winsome Spears Victory Speech “There are some who want to divide us and we must not let that happen”

QUOTE: During her Victory speech Republican Lt. Governor-elect of Virginia Winsome Spears declared “Education will lift us all out of poverty.””We’re going to have safer neighborhoods, safer communities, and our children are going to get a good education,” she added.

2- There were tremendous gains in Pennsylvania particularly with judges at all levels.

Republicans SWEEP Pennsylvania elections

QUOTE: Republicans have won massive victories across all statewide races in Pennsylvania, according to the state’s election results, sweeping the state’s judicial elections.

In Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court race, conservatives held onto retiring Republican Justice Thomas Saylor’s seat. Republican Commonwealth Court Judge Kevin Brobson defeated Democrat Superior Court Judge Maria McLaughlin by more than 100,000 votes, a massive judicial victory. However, Democrats still outnumber Republicans in the state’s highest court 5-2.

Republicans’ decisive victories across the Keystone State could be seen as a referendum on Joe Biden, whose support stands at a meager 39 percent approval to 51 percent disapproval, according to a November Civiqs poll. Biden was certified as the winner of Pennsylvania in the 2020 election over Donald Trump by one percent, although the results have been disputed.

3- A totally improbable election in New Jersey where a truck driver defeated one of the most powerful politicians in the state. Not surprisingly, the losing Democrat is shouting about voter fraud.  Remember, we are supposed to have a citizen government.  A restoration of common sense in government is most welcomed.

(The Federalist Papers)

Conservative Trucker with No Political Experience Set to Win Shock Victory Over Dem NJ Senate President

QUOTE: A self-funded, conservative truck driver with no prior political experience is poised to defeat incumbent Democratic New Jersey state Senate President Stephen Sweeney following a national backlash against Democrats during Tuesday’s off-year elections.

Sweeney, who represents Gloucester, is described by NJ.com as “the second-most-powerful elected state official” after Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy. He is also the longest-serving state Senate president in Garden State history.

Following an evening of victories from Virginia to Texas for underdog Republicans, it appears Republican Edward Durr will defeat Sweeney.

As of Wednesday morning, Durr led the political veteran by roughly 2,000 votes in a race that had yet to be officially called.

4- Parents all over the country have stepped up to protect their children by running for office and winning!

Slate of conservative candidates declare victory in hotly contested Denver suburb school board race

QUOTE:  A slate of political novices in Douglas County, Colorado, declared victory Tuesday night in a school board race that made national headlines.

Christy Williams, one of four “Kids First” candidates, read off initial results to raucous applause at a supporter appreciation party in Parker, Colorado, in the moments after polls closed.

“I am humbled to my core,” Williams told Fox News. “I think there’s a lot to look at, but ultimately I hope to give parents the ultimate authority over their children.”

Williams was joined by Mike Peterson, Becky Myers and Kaylee Winegar. Together, they hold a lead over the teacher federation-backed CommUnity Matters slate, comprised of incumbent board members Krista Holtzmann and Kevin Leung and newcomers Ruby Martinez and Juli Watkins.

5- It was refreshing to see that voters in Minneapolis had the common sense to vote against abandoning police in their community, and that they did not listen to their elected officials.

(Hot Air)

Backfire: Minneapolis voters slam abolish-the-police proposal — and city council

QUOTE: Democrats nationwide had already sounded retreat on “Defund the Police,” but Minneapolis’ city council had doubled down in an attempt to disband their police department. Rep. Ilhan Omar campaigned hard in her district on the charter amendment proposal, as did her predecessor and now Attorney General Keith Ellison, not to mention the city council members who pushed it.

The result? Backfire — in a big way.

Minneapolis voters on Tuesday rejected a proposal to replace the Minneapolis Police Department, crushing the hopes of supporters that outrage over the killing of George Floyd would lead to a historic experiment in transforming public safety.

While supporters insisted police would still be part of the department, opponents of the charter change hammered on themes that echoed in voters’ reasons for saying no on question 2: Who’s going to answer 911 calls? What’s the plan for keeping the city safe?

Voters opposed the amendment by a 12-point margin, well short of the 51% needed to pass.

6- Read about the voting proposals pushed by the Democrats that were handily defeated by New York voters.

(HOT AIR)

NY state ballot proposals demonstrate how badly Dems have misjudged public sentiments

QUOTE: One of the bigger talking points among Democrats this year on the national level has been the “urgent need” to pass voting reform legislation, or at least what they’re choosing to call “reform” in this matter. They are seeking to overhaul the way America votes, including doing away with voter ID laws everywhere, normalizing mass mail-in voting, and removing almost all limits on the voter registration process. We’ve heard these proposals being described by mainstream media talking heads as “very popular” but “opposed by Republicans.”

But are they really all that popular or have the Democrats once again misread the mood of the nation? I would suggest that we can find a fairly solid answer to that question in the results of several ballot proposals that New Yorkers found on the reverse side of their ballots yesterday.

As I said, these are all Democratic priorities that are being pushed by liberals across the nation. They insist that these policies are “very popular” and opponents of such plans are trying to “make it harder for people to vote.” Well, the Dems had an eye-opener in store for them in the very blue state of New York. All three of those proposals went down in flames.

7- Once again Governor DeSantis shows the way forward.  We hope his plan is adopted in many states. He is able to have this new law enforcement group because he is actively recruiting police and firefighters who are being pushed out of Blue States.

DeSantis unveils plan for new police force to pursue election crimes in Florida

QUOTE: Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis announced Wednesday he is creating a new police unit to pursue election crimes full-time and wants lawmakers to enhance penalties for those who cheat when they vote, signaling Republican efforts to enhance election integrity are far from over.

The Republican governor’s announcement of the Office of Election Crimes and Security at a news conference in West Palm Beach, Fla., comes just months after he signed a law tightening security for mail-in ballots and as Republicans in many states seek statewide audits for the 2020 elections. “I guarantee you this: The first person that gets caught, no one is going to want to do it again after that,” DeSantis said in describing the deterrent he hopes to create with the new investigative office.

DeSantis also called on the GOP-controlled Legislature to put additional restrictions on the use of drop boxes, suggesting he has soured on their value two years after the state first approved them. “I don’t even think we should have drop boxes,” he said. He said the new office would help focus on illegal election tactics such as ballot harvesting, in which third-parties illegally collect the ballots of voters and deliver them for counting.

Taking a day or two to bask in the victory is good; but, there is much more work to do.

We won a battle but the war rages on. The Left learned nothing from the election results. They are doubling down on their agenda.

Defending the Republic continuously works to aid in the legal defense of the political prisoners still trapped in a nightmare situation.   While 400 prisoners were transferred out of the filthy, bug-infested cesspool of the DC jail, the January 6 political prisoners were not.

We continuously work to give advice and resources to people trapped by the Biden vaccine mandates.  Watch our litigation on behalf of our military members here.

We never stop working to fix the voting laws in every state so we all can be assured every election is fair.  We must demand paper ballots, hand-counted, and real citizen ID.

We ask that you continue to be with us and support these efforts.

And, of course: Read. Know. Share. Pray.

Hold Fast,

Sidney

What the Fake News is not telling you

Dear Patriots,We are sharing news you may have missed over the weekend.  Events are moving quickly as many people are pushing back legally on the horrible Biden vaccine mandate.  Please share this news with others. It is understandable that many people are not participating in any form of news. When they are exposed to good information, they are often shocked.  1- Last week Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (“MTG”) (R-GA) was allowed into the DC prison where the January 6 political prisoners are being held. Please listen to her account of the deplorable conditions she found our fellow Americans to be living in. What these prisoners do every night at 9pm will touch your heart.

2- There is a temporary halt to the Biden vaccination mandate that he announced last Thursday.

(Townhall) Federal Court Stays Biden Vaccine Mandate for Private BusinessesQUOTE:On Saturday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit issued a temporary stay against the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate using a rule the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to require private companies with 100 or more employees mandate the vaccine or subject employees to regular testing, or else face crippling fines.

Ben Winslow with FOX 13, a local outlet in Salt Lake City, was among the first to report on the ruling. The ruling comes after state attorney generals from Texas, Utah, Louisiana, Mississippi and South Carolina brought the suit, as did private businesses.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton emphasized that they won, but that this is not the end of the road. The Government was ordered to respond to motion for a permanent injunction by Monday, and the petitioners have to file any reply they may have by Tuesday.

3- It is interesting who gets exempted and who does not and who decides that. We are happy for the truckers who now can do their jobs without forced vaccination.

(Yahoo) Trucking industry hails ‘huge victory’ after Labor Secretary says most truckers will be exempt from Biden’s vaccine mandateQUOTE:Truckers hailed victory on Friday after Labor Secretary Marty Walsh said in an interview that most drivers will be exempt from President Biden’s vaccine and testing mandate, CNBC reported.

Walsh’s comments came in response to criticism from the trucking industry against a policy announced by The White House on Thursday that will require millions of workers to be fully vaccinated or get tested regularly. The new rules are set to come into effect on January 4.

American Trucking Associations President and CEO Chris Spear said the provisions for truckers were “an enormous victory for our association and industry” in a statement on Friday.

Earlier this week, The Truckload Carriers Association released a statement that said the “disastrous mandate … will undoubtedly ensure the trucking industry loses a substantial number of drivers.” Insider has contacted TCA for comment.

4- Florida has a state law that allows parents to decide if their children should be masked. The education unions have been fighting that law as they want everyone to be forced to mask. A Florida judge has tossed out the lawsuit of the school districts.(The Hill)
Judge tosses Florida school districts’ lawsuit over mask mandate ban

QUOTE:A Florida judge tossed a challenge from several of the state’s school districts over the Sunshine State’s ban on school mask mandates.

In a statement, the Florida Department of Health hailed the ruling as “yet another victory for parent’s rights.”

“At this point, the courts have been entirely clear: All school districts must come into compliance with the law and honor parental rights to make decisions for their children,” the statement said.

The ruling is the latest in a months-long battle between school districts and the state which has resulted in some districts losing hundreds of thousands of dollars over their masking protocols.
5- In all the election news last week, you may have missed the amendments that Texans passed.

(The Epoch Times)  Texans Pass 8 Amendments to State Constitution, Including One That Strengthens Religious Freedom

QUOTE: Texans hit the polls earlier in the week to pass all eight proposed amendments to the state constitution, including one that curtails the ability of government to restrict religious services, also during emergencies like pandemics, according to state authorities.

The Texas Secretary of State has announced unofficial results of the vote, which took place on Nov. 2 and was required to approve the amendments, which were earlier passed as bills during the legislative session. Two of the propositions were created explicitly in response to COVID-19 restrictions.

Proposition 3, which won the backing of 62.4 percent of voters, amends Article 1 of the Texas Constitution by adding a new section preventing the state, or any political subdivision of the state, from enacting any laws that prohibit or limit religious services, including ones conducted in churches, congregations, and other places of worship.

6- Another crack in the dam. The Kansas Governor, A DEMOCRAT, says no to the Biden mandate.

(The Hill)

Democratic governor comes out against Biden’s vaccine mandateQUOTE:Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly, a Democrat, came out on Friday against President Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for businesses with 100 or more employees, saying she doesn’t think it’s the “correct” or “most effective” move.
The Democratic governor, who is up for reelection next year, said she appreciates “the intention to keep people safe” but doesn’t think the administration’s vaccinate-or-test requirements serve as a “solution for Kansas.”

“It is too late to impose a federal standard now that we have already developed systems and strategies that are tailored for our specific needs,” she said.
“I will seek a resolution that continues to recognize the uniqueness of our state and builds on our on-going efforts to combat a once-in-a-century crisis,” she added.

Her disapproval of the administration’s move comes as many Republican governors and attorneys general have voiced their opposition to the vaccine requirements for businesses.
7- Here is how to fight back. (Headline USA)

Teacher Booted from Class for Attending J6 Rally Wins School Board Seat

QUOTE:Braintree High School in Massachusetts forced a teacher to resign after attending the political protest at the Capitol on Jan. 6, but, after a victory on Tuesday night, he now sits on the district’s school board, The Gateway Pundit reported.

Matthew Lynch, 35, taught high school at Braintree for 10 years before someone shared a picture of him at the Capitol on social media, the FBI reportedly harassed him, and he was forced to resign.

In a seven-way race with three open seats, Lynch easily won the second slot by earning 2,319 votes, Patch reported.

Lynch said the “digital Lynch mob” that shared the photograph was “slandering me as a domestic terrorist.”### Read. Know. Share. Pray.
