Sidney Powell Statement on January 6 Committee Subpoena
Ms. Powell has received the January 6 Committee’s subpoena, and she looks forward to providing the Committee with significant evidence in support of the election fraud statements and claims she presented on behalf of the electors and clients she represented. Those claims are supported by expert reports and affidavits of witnesses that no court took the time to hear. Ms. Powell is a practicing lawyer, and she will comply to the full extent required by law and legal ethics.
Ms. Powell looks forward to appearing before the Committee to answer questions, walk through the evidence, and present a full picture of the fraud and other misconduct that took place during the 2020 Election, including the myriad of election fraud allegations only now being examined by state officials in Georgia, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.

Dear Patriots,
A bad week for the left, is a GREAT week for LIBERTY!
It has been a bad week for the Biden Regime. The Biden economic news on inflation is heartbreaking with 7% increase in costs. Biden polling numbers are historically low. Biden gave an ill-received speech in Atlanta about “voting rights” that even the Democrats in Georgia refused to attend.
The next day Democrat Senators told everyone they would not support the end of the filibuster, dashing hopes that the disastrous voting bill could pass. Covid-CCP cases are soaring.
AND, The Supreme Court blocked the use of OSHA to enforce the Biden vax mandates on companies with more than 100 employees.
Defending The Republic is litigating numerous cases against the government and the unconstitutional mandates.

1- Biden’s overall approval rating in the last seven Quinnipiac polls: 49%, 46%, 42%, 38%, 37%, 36%, 33%.
While his overall approval is historically low, the details are even worse.
Only 28 percent of Hispanics approve of the job Biden is doing as president. 61 percent of Hispanics disapprove of Biden’s handling of the economy with 59 percent of Hispanics saying they disapprove of Biden’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.
New Poll Has Biden Circling the Drain and Going Down Fast
QUOTE: The new Quinnipiac poll definitely has Biden circling the drain and going down fast. He’s in a death spiral across all categories and all groups.
Biden’s approval rating has cratered to 33 percent, with 53 percent disapproving. In November, it was 36 percent approval, so it’s still continuing to go down. It’s worse among independents at 24 percent and among Hispanics, it’s only 28 percent. Those are two numbers that Biden has to cringe at when he looks at them. Without them, Democrats are up a creek without a paddle. But Biden is down even with Democrats. He’s dropped 12 approval points with Democrats since November, from 87 to 75. I’m inclined to think that’s progressive flight since he hasn’t been able to deliver on the free stuff that they want including the Build Back Better bill.

4- The Democrats cheated in Wisconsin in 2021. This week, we finally got a ruling on the illegal use of absentee drop boxes.
This is a massive ruling and has implications not just in Wisconsin, but in many states that illegally slipped in the use of ballot boxes to collect absentee ballots.

Waukesha, Wisconsin Judge Rules Absentee Ballot Drop Boxes, Ballot Harvesting Illegal Under State Law
QUOTE: Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge Michael Bohren issued a summary judgment decision, in court, that absentee ballot drop boxes and ballot harvesting are not permitted in state law. Judge Bohren also ruled that the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) guidance documents on absentee ballot drop boxes, issued in 2020, should have gone through the rules process.
The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) filed a lawsuit on behalf of two Waukesha County voters in June 2021 challenging the legal status of absentee ballot drop boxes after WEC issued unlawful guidance to clerks, in 2020, encouraging the use of absentee ballot drop boxes, and telling voters that anyone else can return their ballot for them.
Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge Michael Bohren issued a decision, in court, that WEC’s guidance on absentee ballot drop boxes should have been adopted through the rulemaking process in Chapter 227. Further, Judge Bohren made clear that state law provides just two legal methods to cast an absentee ballot: through the mail or in-person at a clerk’s office. The ruling means unstaffed absentee ballot drop boxes and ballot harvesting are not legal methods to cast absentee ballots.

1- We will NOT backdown at Defending The Republic!
Defending the Republic has filed a lawsuit against the Biden Administration – including President Biden himself – on behalf of workers who are …
… forced to choose between their jobs and the jab because of the unlawful federal contractor COVID-19 vaccine mandate. The federal contractor vaccine mandate is part of a larger and wholly unlawful effort by the Biden Administration to expand the scope of federal power to reach all Americans.
Making matters worse, the federal contractor requires workers to take experimental and unapproved vaccines. The only “approved” COVID-19 vaccine is Pfizer’s Comirnaty, which is unavailable according to the latest government reports. To be in compliance with this mandate, workers must receive vaccines that are “authorized” based on limited safety and efficacy data. As we have already seen, these vaccines are historically dangerous, causing serious health consequences such asmyocarditis, pericarditis, and even death.
American workers deserve better and we will be there to fight for their right to decline federally mandated injections.

• Only 37% of respondents think the coronavirus pandemic is a priority compared to 53% who felt that way in the poll taken last year
• Despite massive COVID case spikes in December, Americans still felt the priority for government in 2022 should be on the economy
Concerns over the economy are overshadowing the pandemic as a whopping 68 per cent of Americans name financial and economic worries as a main issue heading into the midterm elections.

New big data study of 145 countries show COVID vaccines makes things worse (cases and deaths)

The next time you see you county health officer, President Biden, or Boris Johnson why not ask them if they can find a mistake in this study by Kyle A. Beattie entitled Worldwide Bayesian Causal Impact Analysis of Vaccine Administration on Deaths and Cases Associated with COVID-19: A BigData Analysis of 145 Countries.
The study found that the COVID vaccines cause more COVID cases per million (+38% in US) and more deaths per million associated with COVID (+31% in US).
These results should encourage local policy makers to make policy decisions based on data, not narrative, and based on local conditions, not global or national mandates. These results should also encourage policy makers to begin looking for other avenues out of the pandemic aside from mass vaccination campaigns.
In other words, we were lied to.
The vaccines are making this worse, not better. This is why we are not getting ourselves out of the hole.
This is hardly the first study to reach those conclusions. These studies, all done independently, found the same thing—the more you vaccinate, the worse things get.

Early Outpatient COVID Treatment – Why is There Still no Plan?

What we are doing is the same thing over and over again, expecting different results, when reality says otherwise. What’s that the definition of?
As America approaches 1 million COVID deaths, we should by now be throwing the kitchen sink at this virus – vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, antivirals, and the cheap off-label zinc ionophores and supplements, that each play a role in keeping Americans from getting sick and dying. It should not be an either/or option but a thoughtful use of everything available. Patients kept out of the hospital live, many of those entering the hospital are damaged or die.
Yet here we are, almost two years into this pandemic, with a dozen claims by President Biden to “shut down the virus” only to set new daily case records last week, with a gaping hole in this important phase of COVID management. How will history judge this omission?

More Good News on Ivermectin

Here’s what Albert Bourla, Pfizer’s chief executive officer, said on Monday in an interview on CNBC:
The hope is that we will achieve something that will have way, way better protection, particularly against infections because the protection against the hospitalizations and the severe disease, it is, it is reasonable right now, with the current vaccines as long as you are having let’s say the third dose.
Read those words very carefully.Protection against “severe disease” is “reasonable right now” for people who have taken a “third dose” of Pfizer’s vaccine.
Put aside the fact that even those words are at best an optimistic interpretation of current data.
Put aside the fact that Pfizer has NEVER compared a three-dose vaccine regimen to a placebo in a clinical trial.
Put aside the fact that “reasonable right now” suggests that any effect of a third dose will not last.
What the chief executive of Pfizer is telling you is THAT IF YOU RECEIVED TWO DOSES OF HIS COMPANY’S VACCINE LAST YEAR, YOUR PROTECTION IS GONE.
Even against “the hospitalizations and the severe disease.”

QUOTE: Georgia authorities have launched an investigation into an allegation of systematic ballot harvesting during the state’s 2020 general election and subsequent U.S. Senate runoff and may soon issue subpoenas to secure evidence, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger confirmed to Just the News.
Georgia law strictly prohibits third-party activists from picking up and delivering ballots on behalf of voters, a tactic called “harvesting” that liberal organizers have tried to get legalized in many battleground states without success. The U.S. Supreme Court this summer rejected Democrat efforts to overturn an Arizona law that outlawed harvesting in the battleground state.
Raffensperger, who is seeking reelection in 2022, led a successful effort in 2019 to strengthen Georgia’s prohibition against harvesting ahead of the 2020 presidential election, and defeated an effort by prominent Democrat lawyer Marc Elias to overturn the harvesting ban. Raffensperger also reviewed and rejected claims by former President Donald Trump of widespread fraud during the 2020 election in a series of contacts under investigation by a local district attorney in Atlanta and the Jan. 6 select committee in Congress.
Raffensperger confirmed in an interview aired Tuesday on the John Solomon Reports podcast that his office has deemed the allegations credible enough to open an investigation and possibly seek subpoenas from the State Election Board to secure evidence.
“We do have some information,” Raffensperger said. “And we are going to investigate that. We did deploy drop boxes that were under 24/7 surveillance, and because they were then that really, you know, can indicate who dropped that information off, and we’re really just going through that.”

1- Shockingly, after two years, there is NO consistently used treatment for Covid-CCP. The medical community refuses to collectively treat Americans once they become ill.
The ONE exception to this was the antibody infusion treatment that popped up last summer.
As soon as the positive results of this treatment were exposed, the Biden Regime made it unavailable. How many of us have to die before we can get consistent treatment that does not involve the dangerous vaccine?
Doctors Outraged After Biden Regime Shuts Down Life-Saving Monoclonal Antibody Treatments
QUOTE: Doctors across the country are expressing shock and outrage after the Biden regime shut off distribution of monoclonal antibodies, preventing them from treating patients infected with the Delta coronavirus with the life-saving therapeutic.
In a letter addressed to Secretary of Health and Human Services Xavier Becerra Tuesday, Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo accused the Biden administration of “actively preventing the effective distribution of monoclonal antibody treatments,” undermining Florida’s strategy to handle the disease.
The Biden administration paused shipments of the monoclonal antibodies because according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the treatment isn’t effective against Omicron, which they claim became the dominant strain earlier this month.
However, the CDC has now admits that it seriously miscalculated the prevalence of the Omicron variant in the US, according to the Daily Mail reported, “overblowing the figure by as much as 50 percentage points, sowing confusion as the nation breaks records for new cases.”

Red States Boost Unemployment For Unvaxed Workers Fired Over Vaccine Status
QUOTE: At least five states have passed legislation boosting unemployment insurance for workers who lose their jobs for being unvaccinated, and several more states are considering similar protections.
Arkansas, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, and Tennessee have extended unemployment benefits for workers fired for not getting vaccinated against COVID-19. Lawmakers in Wyoming, Wisconsin, and Missouri are considering similar worker protections in a Republican-led effort to fight back against President Joe Biden’s federal vaccine orders, which cover millions of private workers and federal contractors.
Biden’s vaccine orders have sparked widespread and intense pushback from elected officials and private businesses. The Daily Wire is leading a legal challenge against one of Biden’s orders mandating that companies with at least 100 employees either vaccinate or regularly test workers for COVID-19. Any worker who refuses the vaccine or tests must be fired or the business will be fined a minimum of roughly $14,000 per infraction, according to the mandate.
Despite the Biden administration’s push for a federal fix for the spread of COVID-19, the president said on Monday during a call with state governors that “there is no federal solution. This gets solved at the state level.”

Reading this entire article, there seems to be a word missing. Could we consider that most if not all of these deaths may have been caused by a recently introduced medical procedure called the Covid-CCP VACCINE? It is now being nicknamed the “Clot Shot”, and for good reason.

“This study suggests that an emphasis on weight loss as a public health strategy can improve outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic and future outbreaks or related infectious diseases,” said Dr. Steven Nissen, chief academic officer at the Heart, Vascular and Thoracic Institute at Cleveland Clinic. “That is a very important finding considering that 40% of Americans have obesity.”

2. Frozen Texas windmills causes blackouts that kill dozens. As bitterly cold weather approached Texas before Valentine’s Day weekend, Texas regulators opted to rely on wind turbines to provide 30% of the state’s electricity. But when the weather hit, the wind turbines froze. Because of the faith that the wind turbines would work in the approaching cold weather, back-up natural gas facilities were not prepared to step in to fill the gap. Much of Texas went dark and the state came within just a few minutes of a total grid failure that could have last weeks. More than 200 died as a result of the power failure. The media response has been to try and shift blame from the wind turbines to the fossil fuel plants. But the bottom line is: The wind failed first and worst in Texas.
4. Biden’s war on fracking backfires — raises energy prices and emissions — and makes the US dependent on OPEC again. President Biden campaigned in 2020 on banning fracking and his first year in office has not disappointed. Biden has taken a number of actions to depress US oil production as oil demand ramped up from the lows during the COVID pandemic. Throw in the global energy crisis (See No. 1) and Americans are paying the highest prices for gasoline in more than a decade. Biden has “tried ” to alleviate this crisis by asking the OPEC cartel to increase oil production, signaling the transfer of energy dominance from the US (under President Trump) back to the cartel. OPEC then rebuffed Biden. High natural gas prices have also caused US electric utilities to burn 20% more coal which will result in an increase in US emissions.

After Spokane Food Program Officials Turn Away Unvaccinated for Christmas Meals – Patriots Step In and Feed Everyone
QUOTE: A week before Christmas, in Spokane, WA, the Christmas Bureau food assistance program turned away needy people who could not show proof of Covid-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test no more than 72 hours old.
The Christmas Bureau is an annual holiday assistance program coordinated by Catholic Charities Eastern Washington, Volunteers of America, and the Spokesman-Review. The program is made possible by generous monetary funds and volunteer hours donated by community members and organizations.
In response to the Christmas Bureau’s actions, a group of Christian patriots launched a “No Vaccine Canteen” to feed everyone — regardless of their medical history. Dan Bell, who helped organize a food drive and feed the homeless, said he was surprised to see that a Catholic church was involved in turning away the hungry.
“As a Christian, if you’re following the teachings of Jesus, you feed the hungry, right? You feed all hungry. So, we wanted to make sure nobody went without a good hot meal on Christmas,” Bell said in an interview with the North Idaho Exposed YouTube channel.

Suburban Chicago village stands up to new ‘political’ vaccination mandate
QUOTE: A village in the suburban Chicago area is standing up to Cook County’s new vaccination mandate.
The Village of Orland Park, which sits about 25 miles southwest of Chicago, said it would not enforce the mandate, according to a resolution passed by village officials Tuesday.
The Orland Park Board of Trustees voted unanimously to pass the resolution, saying that no data could be presented to support the county’s “political” mandate, according to a report. “If a mandate is going to be passed, it should be passed by law. It should be done by the legislative body, and additionally, it should be supported by data and facts,” Orland Park Mayor Keith Pekau said.
Orland Park has a lower case rate than both Illinois and suburban Cook County as a whole, and the village has not once enforced a mask mandate, according to the mayor. In total, roughly 94% of the village’s residents are vaccinated, and several came to voice their opinions at Tuesday night’s meeting.
“There is no evidence that the vaxxed versus the unvaccinated can catch this disease more,” Diane Murphy said.

QUOTE: Even at the peak of their protection earlier in 2021, Covid vaccines barely reduced the risk of hospitalizations in vaccinated people who had “breakthrough” infections, new data show.
Vaccinated people in a study published Tuesday had a nearly 1 in 200 chance of of requiring hospitalization for Covid in the first six months after being “fully vaccinated.”
That stunning risk came even though the median age of people in the study was only 51, and most were relatively healthy.
Deaths, ventilator use, and other severe outcomes also occurred regularly in vaccinated people. The data comes from a study of about 600,000 vaccinated Americans seen at over 100 academic medical centers.
The study was published online Dec. 28 in the Journal of the American Medical Association – JAMA Internal Medicine.
The data in the study also make clear how quickly vaccine protection fades after the second dose – and that the Centers for Disease Control hugely understated the number of vaccinated people hospitalized for Covid earlier this year.
