Freedom Over Fauci-ism
The middle of the week brings an array of interesting stories.
1- Well, this is a mystery. Maybe our immunity is overall weaker? As always, we urge you to boost your immunity and stay healthy.
Flu rips through University of Michigan, bringing CDC to campus to investigate spread
QUOTE: Influenza is sweeping the University of Michigan’s Ann Arbor campus, with 528 cases diagnosed at the University Health Service since Oct. 6.
The outbreak is so sudden and large – 313 cases were identified the week of Nov. 8 alone, and 37% of flu tests that week were positive – that it has drawn the attention of federal health leaders.
Among those who’ve contracted flu at U-M this fall, 77% didn’t get a flu vaccine. Fewer Michiganders have taken flu vaccines this year compared with the same time in 2020. As of Nov. 6, the state health department reported 2.01 million flu shots had been administered so far statewide, covering about 20% of the population. Comparatively, 3.14 million doses had been given as of Nov. 6, 2020, covering about 31% of the population.
2- Another massive story which boils down to the media lying to the entire country for years.
Retract Every Russian Collusion Story and Fire Everyone Who Wrote Them
QUOTE: In a healthy society, public apologies, not mealymouthed caveats and explainers buried in the entertainment guide, would be plastered on the front page of every newspaper and website.
In any other honorable profession, one that still takes itself seriously and is capable of self-policing to preserve the tattered shreds of integrity and accountability that remain, mass firings, not faux “reckonings,” would empty newsrooms. Reporters, columnists, cable news hosts, and paid contributors would be shown walking papers. Editors would step down in humiliation.
Public apologies, not mealymouthed caveats and explainers buried in the entertainment guide, would be plastered on the front page of every newspaper and website; talking heads would make amends to the victims—including Donald Trump—for this reckless, destructive hoax and also to their audience for intentionally misleading them for years and then announce their early retirement.
Collusion between Donald Trump and the Kremlin to influence the outcome of the 2016 election never happened—but every news organization, big and small, contributed to spreading this lie. It’s breathtaking malfeasance on a scale unrivaled in American history. The media should not be permitted to proceed with business as usual.
Fire them all.
3- The government is using the FBI and DOJ to target citizens who have done nothing wrong. They advocated for their children and asked questions of elected officials. For those “crimes” they have the full force of the FBI counterterrorism unit investigating them. It took a rare whistleblower to unearth this story.
DOJ whistleblower challenges Garland testimony, says FBI counterterrorism tool used on parents
QUOTE: Justice Department whistleblower has provided Congress evidence that FBI counterterrorism assets were involved in the investigation of parents protesting school policies, prompting a key GOP lawmaker to question the “accuracy and completeness” of Attorney General Merrick Garland’s recent testimony.
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio.), the top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, released an unclassified internal FBI email from last month showing that the bureau’s counterterrorism chief, Timothy R. Langan Jr., through a deputy, jointly sent instructions with the criminal division chief to FBI officials to use a “threat tag” to track any complaints involving parents and school officials.
4- FREEDOM OVER FAUCI-ISM!
Someone needs to make that a bumpersticker!
Florida Gov. DeSantis: ‘We Chose Freedom Over Fauci-ism, and We’re Better Off for It’
QUOTE: Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) delivered a blistering critique of President Joe Biden and his authoritarian policies, warning Americans they need to fight against the radical left to preserve our freedom.
“If the federal government can get away with this, they’re going to be able to get away with a lot more,” DeSantis, a Republican, warned in his Thursday speech. “Next year, maybe it’s something you care about, or two years from now. It’s important that we take a stand, and it’s important that we say, ‘No, no mandates, no restrictions. We’re not going to let you take away our freedom.'”
“While other states kept locking people down, Florida lifted people up. We did not subcontract out leadership to Dr. Fauci,” DeSantis said. “I saw governor after governor just hide behind the bureaucrats and do all these destructive things.”
“We chose freedom over Fauci-ism, and we’re better off for it. In fact, you will never see this on the media: For the last many weeks, Florida has had the lowest COVID rate in the entire nation. They don’t want to tell you that. They don’t want to talk about it.”
“The left learned a valuable lesson from COVID, and the lesson is if you can whip up enough fear in the population, you can really push the envelope,” DeSantis said. “In times like these, there’s no substitute for courage. Courage to stand up against hostile political forces, courage to stand in the face of things like cancel culture, courage to stand up against a dishonest and corrupt corporate media, and courage to be a voice for those who are voiceless in this society.”
5- So many illegal actions in just one state.
Former Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch Sues Wisconsin Elections Commission For Flagrantly Breaking The Law
QUOTE: Wisconsin’s former Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch (R) filed a lawsuit with the state Supreme Court on Monday against the Wisconsin Elections Commission for breaking state laws in the 2020 cycle.
In her lawsuit, Kleefisch, a Republican running for governor next year, asked the court to declare that the elections commission’s guidance is against state law and enjoin the commission to carry out a lawful election in 2022. She requested that the Supreme Court take up jurisdiction so the lawsuit doesn’t get tangled up in the lower courts and stalled during next year’s election.
The lawsuit follows the Wisconsin Legislative Audit Bureau finding numerous times when the elections commission clearly broke state law, including with unattended ballot drop boxes, closed polling locations, and special voting deputies being banned from nursing homes.
The commission “was downright derelict in its duty to fairly and impartially oversee an election,” according to Wisconsin radio host and lawyer Dan O’Donnell, who documented how the commission unlawfully allowed clerks to “cure” ballots, illegally permitted clerks to go home on election night and return in the morning to finish counting, and illegally told clerks they could relocate polling locations in the weeks before the election.

We can not hide from the reality
Dear Patriots,We talk a lot about Covid-CCP and the many ways the virus has wormed it’s way into all aspects of our lives. It is important to keep pointing out the draconian way the left, worldwide, is using the virus as an excuse to lock us in our homes and target unvaccinated people as less than human. We will continue to share these stories with you. We must keep reading and knowing what is happening.
We must keep sharing information with our family and friends. Hiding from any of this is dangerous.
1- Does this mean that blacks and hispanics are MORE likely to get Covid-CCP or is this simply racist?
Texas COVID Patient Denied Monoclonal Antibodies By Black Health Care Worker Because He’s White
QUOTE: A Texas man has been denied monoclonal antibody treatment for covid because he is white.
Earlier this year, the Texas Health and Human Services department (HHS) made monoclonal antibody treatments available to COVID patients following its Emergency Use Authorization by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in February.
The state has issued tens of thousands of monoclonal antibody treatments over the past several months, but recently, thanks to a supply shortage spurred by the Biden administration, the agency has begun segregating who can receive the treatment based solely on the color of their skin.
Now, the state is only providing the treatments to “high-risk ethnicity groups,” while actively refusing to provide the same care to whites who have been diagnosed with Covid.
In one shocking example of this state-sponsored racism that was caught on video, Infowars host Harrison Smith visited a Texas HHS clinic on Saturday where he was denied monoclonal antibody treatment simply because he is white.
2- This news is extremely distressing. Let us not forget the historical significance of Austria. Despite 65% of the population being vaccinated, they are having another large breakout. And so, they punish those skeptical of the vaccine’s safety and effectiveness.
(The Epoch Times) Austria Orders Lockdown for the Unvaccinated, Directs Police to Carry Out Spot-Checks
QUOTE: Austrian Chancellor Alexander Schallenberg on Sunday announced the country is placing millions of people who aren’t fully vaccinated for COVID-19 on lockdown starting Monday.
About 65 percent of the Central European nation’s population is vaccinated, according to government data. Under the measures revealed on Sunday, unvaccinated people are ordered to stay at home except for limited reasons. Many Austrians are sceptical about vaccines, a view encouraged by the far-right Freedom Party, the third biggest in parliament.
The rules, the government said, will be enforced by police officers who will be out on the streets carrying out spot-checks on people who are in public. Unvaccinated people are already excluded from entertainment venues, bars, restaurants, and similar venues and businesses.
3- Thank goodness we have a system of government where the states can push back against the executive branch.
(Just The News)
Tennessee governor signs sweeping COVID law barring vaccine mandates, passports
QUOTE: Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee (R) signed the state’s COVID-19 omnibus bill Friday, ensuring government entities cannot force private businesses to institute COVID-19 mandates and private businesses cannot take action against unvaccinated employees nor compel an employee or visitor to show proof of vaccination.
The bill prevents government entities from requiring masks. Schools would need to go through an intricate process to require masks and only on a school-by-school basis, not district-wide.
The bill also allows those who leave a job because of a COVID-19 vaccination mandate to be eligible for unemployment benefits.
4- It is NOT about health. It is ALL about POWER for a very few.
(The Spectator World)
Biden’s vaccine order is about power, not healthQUOTE: Sometimes a thing can be two things at once, one good and one bad. That requires a choice.
In a free society, that choice is usually best made by the individual directly affected. If not, then by an open, democratic process. Yet that is not what’s happening with Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate and it’s why the cure is worse than the disease.
Vax mandates are an unhealthy thing for our democracy and represent a willful effort by government to exert additional control over an already cowed population. There is a direct line between the PATRIOT Act, mass surveillance, and vax mandates that claims “it is all for our own good” when it is more broadly for our own bad. This is about politics, not medicine.
There is hope. In a three-justice dissent on a case in which the Supreme Court upheld a state-level healthcare worker vax mandate, Justice Neil Gorsuch expressed concern over the government’s protracted suspension of liberties due to the pandemic. “I accept that what we said 11 months ago remains true today — that stemming the spread of Covid qualifies as ‘a compelling interest,'” he wrote. “At the same time, I would acknowledge that this interest cannot qualify as such forever.”
The challenges filed will not at their heart be about COVID, or medicine at all, but about our democracy. Any notion that public health demands the government take for itself the power to dictate who can work, or which Americans have the right of return, misses the point. COVID should not be the driving force of life in America. A truly healthy society is one where freedom is the core value, not fear.
5- It does NOT have to be this way. Covid-CCP is treatable. It is not deadly MOST of the time. We are being denied adequate care for a leftist political agenda.
Dr. Pierre Kory: ‘COVID-19 Is Highly Treatable’
QUOTE: New York pulmonologist Dr. Pierre Kory, an unapologetic champion of evidence-based medicine, has had remarkable success treating patients with ivermectin and other therapies during the pandemic. His efforts to get the word out on this treatment protocol as part of the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Working Group (FLCCC) have largely been stifled by censorship, ridicule and colleagues — brainwashed by the official narrative — unwilling to accept the science.
Kory spoke with Dr. Chris Martenson, host of the Peak Prosperity podcast, about his incredible experiences over the last nearly two years. On December 8, 2020, Kory testified to the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, which held a hearing on “Early Outpatient Treatment: An Essential Part of a COVID-19 Solution.”
He called on the NIH, CDC and FDA to review the expansive data on ivermectin to prevent COVID-19, keep those with early symptoms from progressing and help critically ill patients recover.2,3 As he told Martenson, due to their promising results, he believed early on that “the pandemic has been solved,” until he realized that those in power weren’t open to hearing what he had to say.
Despite his impassioned pleas and astonishing science to back them up, the treatment not only was ignored by the Senate committee but promptly eviscerated.4 Now, he feels his colleagues in the health care field are living in one of two worlds — by either not following the data or putting patients first because they’re afraid of losing their job or status, or by risking everything to put patients first. He’s become estranged from many colleagues who he says “don’t get it.”
6- There are pockets of sanity all over the country.
Hospital System That Operates in 19 States Blocked From Firing Workers Over Vaccine: Oklahoma AG
QUOTE: Oklahoma was granted a temporary restraining order that blocks Ascension Healthcare from terminating employees who were denied religious exemptions from the firm’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
Oklahoma Attorney General John O’Connor had filed for a restraining order against the company’s requirement. On the night of Nov. 12, a Tulsa district judge granted the request, according to the O’Connor’s office.
“This evening, the Tulsa District Court granted the State’s Application for Temporary Restraining Order in our case to keep Ascension Healthcare from carrying out its plan to fire employees who were unfairly denied religious exemptions from their nationwide COVID-19 vaccination mandate,” the Republican attorney general said in a statement. “This is a win for religious freedom and our office will continue to fight against unlawful religious discrimination.”

Good News Friday: Nov 12
To all of our veterans, past and present, we honor your many sacrifices for our country. We are one day past Veteran’s Day but we hold you all in great esteem year round. Your service continues our ability to live as free people.
We thank your families for making those sacrifices with you.
As we witness the diminishment of freedoms in the United States of America, we are more determined than ever to support our military service members as they are being forced against their wills to submit to leftist edicts.
Here is some good news you may have missed.
1- Finally, the incumbent Democrat had to admit he lost.
Longtime New Jersey Senate President concedes to GOP truck driver Ed Durr
QUOTE: Republican John Isemann, running for Congress in New Jersey’s 7th congressional district, explains why he believes his competitive district will turn red in midterms.
New Jersey state Senate President Steve Sweeney conceded Wednesday to Republican candidate and commercial truck driver Edward Durr, who spent only $153 on his primary campaign.
“The results of Tuesday’s election are in, all votes have been fairly counted, and I, of course, accept the results,” Sweeney said during a press conference at the statehouse.”I want to congratulate Mr. Durr and wish him the best of luck,” added Sweeney, who has served as New Jersey state Senate president since 2010.When asked “what happened” to upend the race in the state’s 3rd Legislative District, Sweeney replied, “It was a red wave.”
2- Some states protect freedoms and provide early treatment, and some states don’t.
Despite Mandates Aplenty, California’s COVID Rate Now Doubles Florida’s
QUOTE: The rate of new COVID-19 cases in California is currently more than twice the rate in Florida, prompting debate about draconian public health measures implemented across the Golden State, like vaccine mandates for small children. California is averaging 16 new cases per 100,000 residents the last week compared to just seven in Florida.
California’s full vaccination rate (62%) is higher than places like Florida (60) and Texas (54), where state leaders do not enforce mask policies or support strict mandates.
The Golden State has seen a surge of more than 60% in new cases in the last two weeks, compared to a 20% drop in the Sunshine State. Clearly, their progressive edicts failed to quell recent outbreaks.
“Gov. DeSantis is proud of Florida’s success with launching monoclonal antibody treatment sites throughout the state, which made a huge impact on lowering hospitalizations and saving lives. Early treatment – getting the monoclonal antibodies as soon as possible after testing positive or experiencing symptoms – cuts the risk of hospitalization by 70% or more,” DeSantis Press Secretary Christina Pushaw told Fox News.
3- The treatment championed by Governor DeSantis has been shown to have a longer lasting protection. This is also the treatment that President Biden rationed so fewer Americans would have access to it.
Regeneron says single dose of drug cut risk of COVID-19 by 81.6%
QUOTE: Regeneron Pharmaceuticals today announced the results from a Phase 3 trial jointly run with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), which assessed the use of a single dose of investigational REGEN-COV, a monoclonal antibodies drug, to prevent COVID-19 in uninfected individuals.
The new analyses show REGEN-COV reduced the risk of contracting COVID-19 (i.e., laboratory-confirmed symptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infections) by 81.6% during the pre-specified follow-up period (months 2-8), maintaining the 81.4% risk reduction during the first month after administration, which was previously reported in The New England Journal of Medicine.

Senior NIH Doctor Pushes Back on COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates
QUOTE: A top infectious disease doctor has raised alarm about COVID-19 vaccine mandates despite top federal officials recommending them for businesses, schools, and other institutions.
Dr. Matthew Memoli, who runs a clinical studies unit within the National Institutes of Health’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases—headed by Dr. Anthony Fauci—is scheduled to argue against COVID-19 vaccine mandates during a Dec. 1 seminar hosted by the agency, according to David Wendler, a senior NIH bioethicist who is planning the seminar.
Memoli had told Fauci in a July 30 email that he believes “the way we are using the vaccines is wrong,” adding that mandated vaccines are “extraordinarily problematic,” according to the WSJ.
6- It seems to have taken a lifetime, but it could be the web of lies and deceit surrounding the Clintons is getting tighter.
Durham probe exposes Clinton campaign ties to Steele dossier
QUOTE: The latest indictment stemming from Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation of the origins of the Russia probe revealed deep ties between a Russian national who contributed to Christopher Steele’s dossier and a longtime associate of the Clintons.
The indictment of Igor Danchenko states that he was a main source for the dossier, and that he lied to the FBI by claiming that he never discussed allegations made in the dossier with an individual identified in court documents only as “PR Executive-I.” That executive has been identified by his own attorney as Chuck Dolan.
The Danchenko indictment comes after a separate indictment against attorney Michael Sussmann who, as part of the law firm Perkins Coie, worked with the Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee, including in obtaining the services of research firm Fusion GPS, which ultimately hired Steele.
7- There are a lot of charts here that show interesting results from letting the virus run it’s course without massive vaccines.
(by Alex Berenson – Unreported Truths)
No (mRNA/DNA) vaccines, no epidemic
QUOTE: India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Indonesia collectively have 2 billion people… and essentially no access to advanced Covid vaccines.
They are among the world’s most densely populated and poorest countries – fertile ground for Sars-Cov-2. So the epidemic must be out of control from Karachi to Jakata, right?
It’s almost as if Covid-19 infection waves have a predictable natural course over a two- to three-month period – a sharp rise and nearly equally sharp decline.
It’s almost as if the virus then disappears as many, many people gain natural immunity – including many younger people who never knew they were infected at all because the coronavirus is barely dangerous to them.
It’s almost as if an English epidemiologist named William Farr noted the way epidemics waxed and waned more than 150 years ago.
8- This is such a nice story. Thank you for your service, Mr. Gus Allbritton!
Vietnam Vet Loses Purple Heart Medal—Until Good Samaritan Finds It 38 Years Later, Tracks Him Down
QUOTE: For 71-year-old Georgia resident Gus Allbritton, surviving the Vietnam War was something of a miracle, as he was badly wounded in combat on three separate occasions. And although he received the Purple Heart medal for his sacrifice, that token of honor was later lost in a burglary.
Until 38 years later, in a twist of fate, one good Samaritan Jamie Bath in mid-September stumbled across the Purple Heart while browsing in a flea market, and saw the name “Gus A. Allbritton” engraved on the back. Intrigued, Bath surprisingly easily traced the medal back to its owner through Allbritton’s digital footprint working with the VA—through which Bath connected with him.
A few days later, the medal had been mailed and it found its way back to the veteran.
Receiving it was a surreal experience for Allbritton.”I couldn’t believe that after all this time my Purple Heart is back where it belongs,” Allbritton said. “I gave the other two to my kids, one to my daughter and the other to my son. I think I’ll keep this to myself as the good Lord gave me another opportunity to care for it.”
