A World’s First!

Wow. This is really impressive and a world’s first:

For the first time, a competitor with Down syndrome has completed an Ironman triathlon. Chris Nikic achieved the impressive physical feat Saturday in Florida. The event consists of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride and a 26.2-marathon run; Nikic completed the course in 16 hours, 46 minutes, and 9 seconds.

I’m tired just thinking about doing that. Wow.
