Four Trips

I was thinking…as we sit motionless in our chairs, we are taking four very fast trips through the physical universe…the world rotating, the Earth revolving about the sun, the solar system about the center of the galaxy, and all of that plus receding from some mythical universal center…and in sixty-one years, that’s a lot of darn mileage…not too bad for the wear-and-tear…thanks to all of you for your beautiful birthday sentiments today — you warm my heart!
