Rest in Peace, Marc Rapoport

We laid my dear old friend Marc to rest today in the Hills of Moses. It was an honor to speak at the service. It was heartwarming to see how many people’s lives he touched in a positive way. Tell the Big Fella we’ll be up there too, one day, and we can smile and laugh again like we used to when we were just kids.

Rest in peace, Marc, rest in peace.

Earlier in the week…

It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my old, dear friend Marc Rapoport. Marc was a gentle, clever, witty soul who worked very hard since he was ten to build up his dad’s auto parts business. A genuine workaholic, I never met anyone more knowledgeable about cars than Marc, not even close. Since I have known him since we were seven, I have a million memories. He is survived by his wife, 20-year-old daughter, and brother Cary. He is pictured here in about 1974. May you rest in peace, my old friend, and may we all walk and talk and laugh in the sunshine again one day.
